These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the In-Dependent Living mobile application ("App"), operated by Theory Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@in-dependentliving.com.
The App requires a subscription after a 10-day free trial. Subscription options include:
Payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. One subscription covers 1 Independent and up to 2 linked Caregivers. To cancel, visit your Apple ID subscription settings.
A subscriber may generate a pairing code to link a family member or caregiver under the same subscription. You are responsible for only sharing pairing codes with people you trust. You may remove linked users at any time from the Settings screen.
The App is a personal organization and communication tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Medication tracking features are for personal reference only — always follow the guidance of your healthcare provider. Do not rely solely on the App for emergency response; always contact emergency services directly in a life-threatening situation.

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Theory Solutions LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Theory Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
